We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at support@jclarkshop.com Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
